{"id":57,"date":"2013-04-01T02:58:24","date_gmt":"2013-04-01T02:58:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/woodlandsarearesidents.org\/?page_id=57"},"modified":"2026-06-06T22:02:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T22:02:25","slug":"neighbourhood","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/stqw.org\/wordpress\/about\/neighbourhood\/","title":{"rendered":"Neighbourhood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The designated StQW Neighbourhood Area is bounded by the A40 Westway to the south, the railway line (borough boundary) to the west, St Mark&#8217;s Road to the east, and Dalgarno Gardens to the north. \u00a0It includes the western part of the Oxford Gardens\/St Quintin Estate Conservation Area, and the shopping parades at North Pole Road, St Helens Gardens, and Barlby Road. \u00a0It also includes the Latimer Road sections of the joint Freston Road\/Latimer Employment Zone, as defined in the RBKC Local Plan.<\/p>\n<p>A map of the desgnated neighbourhood area is below.
