The designated StQW Neighbourhood Area is bounded by the A40 Westway to the south, the railway line (borough boundary) to the west, St Mark’s Road to the east, and Dalgarno Gardens to the north.  It includes the western part of the Oxford Gardens/St Quintin Estate Conservation Area, and the shopping parades at North Pole Road, St Helens Gardens, and Barlby Road.  It also includes the Latimer Road sections of the joint Freston Road/Latimer Employment Zone, as defined in the RBKC Local Plan.

A map of the desgnated neighbourhood area is below. The area includes some 1,700 households, as well as shops and businesses.  Latimer Road is the main office area within the neighbourhood.
