As notified to all members in our June newsletter, we will be holding an open meeting of the Forum and the St Helens Residents Association at 6.30pm in St Helens Church Hall, St Helens Gardens W10.

The meeting will discuss proposed revisions to the 2018 Neighbourhood Plan, to bring it up to date with the 2024 RBKC Local Plan and to make changes to some of the policies in the currently adopted Plan.

The changes relate mainly to policies for Latimer Road, and for environmental sustainability, plus one or two of our conservation polices. Some other 2018 policies, such as those on change of planning use in our local shopping parades, are now redundant following the Government’s introduction of a single use class and will be removed in the new version.

We will also discuss what further steps we should take to consult residents, businesses and shops in the neighbourhood on the revised Draft Plan.
