Membership of the Neighbourhood Forum is free and open to anyone who lives or works in the area, including members of existing local residents associations, as well as councillors representing the Dalgarno and St Helens wards within RBKC.

Registered members are entitled to vote on matters relating to the forum.  The StQW Draft Neighbourhood Plan, as prepared by the Forum, will be subject to a referendum of all those living and working in the area.  This stage is due to happen in the first part of 2016.

The Forum’s constitution provides for a minimum of three open general meetings each year, with a further annual general meeting at which the officers and management committee are elected.
