This section of the website now includes the Forum’s revised Draft St Quintin Neighbourhood Plan 2026-40.

This is the ‘Pre-submission Consultation version’ on which comments and suggestions can be made between July 7th and September 4th 2026.. We welcome expressions support for the Draft Plan and its policies.  If there are proposals to which you object, please say so.  Please say which street  in the neighbourhood you live on..

The Council (RBKC) will be carrying out a second 6 week consultation, via its own website, later in the year.  For this first round, please send responses to sthelensassn@aol.com.
