The constitution was submitted to RB Kensington and Chelsea as part of the application for designation as a Neighbourhood Forum in 2012 and was adopted at the first public meeting of the Forum in July 2013.

A slightly updated version was used for the RBKC consultation on the redesignation of the Forum in 2018.

A further review and update was undertaken prior to the AGM of the Forum held on 8th June 2023.  This new version was agreed at the meeting and can be read and downloaded below:
