The St Helens Residents Association has successfully applied on behalf of the new Neighbourhood Forum for a government grant for preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan.

The grant will be made available to the forum and will be held by the Dalgarno Trust, a local registered charity.

The £6,760 award will contribute to the cost of producing consultation materials and hiring meeting rooms, together with some technical and legal input into the creation of the draft plan.
